PAYMENT PROCEDURES

2025/2026 Academic Session Payment Procedures

 

Step 1: Sign Up on Flutterwave

1. Visit Flutterwave Tuition and sign up using your email address.
2. After registering, verify your email by following the verification link sent to your inbox.
3. Once verified, you will be redirected to the payment dashboard.

Step 2: Initiating Your Payment

1. On the payment dashboard, click the Make Payment button.
2. Fill in the required institution information:
– Select Country: Nigeria.
– Select Institution: British Canadian University.
3. Click Continue to proceed.

Step 3: Enter Payment Information

1. On the payment information page, you’ll be prompted to:
– Select who is making the payment (e.g., Self, Parent, Sponsor).
– Choose what the payment is for (e.g., Tuition Fees, Accommodation).
– Select the country you are paying from.
– Enter the payment amount.
2. Note: Discount codes are not applicable to British Canadian University students.
3. If you’re paying in installments, select the Installment Payment option and upload the required payment instruction document.

Step 4: Provide Student Information

1. Enter the student’s details:
– First name.
– Last name.
– Email address.
– Upload a valid means of identification.
– Date of birth.

Step 5: Review and Proceed

1. Carefully review all the information you’ve provided to ensure there are no errors.
2. Once verified, click Proceed to Payment.

Step 6: Payment Methods

1. Choose your preferred payment method:
– Bank transfer.
– Debit card.
2. Note: Other payment methods do not apply to British Canadian University students.

Step 7: Confirmation and Next Steps

1. After successfully completing your payment, a confirmation notification will be sent to your email.
2. Print out the payment confirmation and bring it to the bursary office for further confirmation and receipt generation.
